Holà

Today it's only 2 months until I leave for another country and to me a completly new world.
A country where they have language and a culture I do not understand.
How will this go, me alone in a new country.
61 days remaining.

The World Cup

So Mexico is out of the World Cup, after losing 2-1 to Argentina. Well atleast now I know.
So I probably won't ask them how it went in The World Cup, or I probably shouldn't.

So now I know how Mexico did it in the World Cup and I have a feeling that might come in handy.

The World Cup

Since I'm going to Mexico and do not speak the language or know there culture, only 65days left now.
I desided that it would be a good ide to follow Mexico in the World Cup.
A few hours ago Mexico went on in the World Cup, second in there group, after Portugal, but before Angola and Iran.
They will now meet the winner between Argentina and Holland.

So I'm hoping this will be helpfull during my stay in Mexico.

yO!

School's out!

So School's out and I can look forward to several months of hard labour, stacking up to 25kg concret blocks for 50kr a tonn. The next time I'll be one the school bench however, it will be september and I'll be in Mexico, aint that some scary shit, Ya Heard!

I've only been working for 2 days and already every muscle in my body is hurting.
Can't exactly say I'm looking forward to this summer, work, work and to finish it of some more work.
But I'm making money and isn't that what it's all about, the Benjamins.
Money talks and bullshit walks.
So I gues I'll just have to fight the pain, and live for the weekends like everyone else.

So long.

Buying beer at seventeen.

So as the headline says I'm seventeen and as seventeen year olds do we drink, and since the legal drinking age i Norway is 18 (up to 22,50%) I'm laking a few months.
So my options are eigther to get a fake ID and buy myself, or just try to buy myself and hope they think I'm eighthteen, it has worked on couple of occasions.
My last option is to get someone that is eighthteen or has an ID that says so, to buy the beer for me, thats the most used one I belive, at least that what I do for the most part. We all know someone that's eighthteen or twenty for booze. It's easyer for girls since they usaly have older boyfriends. The fake ID part is a bad idea, because if you get busted with one of those you risk getting charge with document forgery.
And thats not something you want on your polive record.

So my beer buying today went this way, I will not name, names because there actions today are regarded as a crime, by norwegian law.
Buying beer for me always starts with, getting a hold of the right people, it's al about who you know, or who you have the balls to call.
When buying beer you can call almost everyone because that's what they did when they where you age. So as long as he/she has an fage recollection of who you are, just call.
Older siblings frinds work;)
I jumped one my 50cc moped and drow in to town, there I cougth a fotball match.
And they where charging me to get in so that diped in to my beer money, but the game i had to see, they lost 2-1.
So as I was whatching the game i made some phone calls, the first person I call said he maybe could do, and that he would call me back in and hour, the time was then 15.54 plenty of time left.
And so I tougth that was settled I usally come throu. You see here in Norway it's illegal to sell beer out of stores after 18.00 weekends, 20.00 in weekdays.
16.49 i receive a text from my beer dealer;), he wont be able to buy beer for me.

So I have to change strategy.
I cruise into (town), to see if anyone I know is there, nowobody there, so then I have to make some more calls. So I call another one, he tells me to drive to the store, his frinds is there buying beer and he can probably buy for me aswell.
So I jump back on my moped and don't you know it there he is and i think that everything is good, but the store is out of Tuborg, a cheep and tasty beer.
So we drive to the next store me on my moped and he and his friend on a scooter.
And to my great relife in the next store there is plenty of beer for all of us.
So I hand him the money and he buys the beer for me:D
Then I am faced with another problem, how do I get the beer home.
I'm not wearing a backpack, so I set the plasticbag with twelve Tuborg glassbeer's and pull my sweeter over it and drive to a frind he is not home so I call him and he tells me I can leave it at his porch, I do so and leave for home.

My reason for buying the beer is that a friend of is turning seventeen so he is having a party and when partying you need beer.

So that is beer buying, the RunarWay.

I realise that there a certain things in life I will never have a chance with, that does not mean I will not try my best to achieve whatever it is that I want and can not have.

Testing!

Hi

I'm now testing out a new function, Mail-to-Blogger adresse.

I do not have time for more.
Now I have to get to fotball practise, got to keep in shape, you know.

So long.

Hi

The sun is shining, and life is good.
School's almost out, didn't get any exams this year neither written or orally.
Mexico is getting closer by the moment, 74 days now. That's not long.
But now that school's almost out, work starts.
This summer I've calculated that I have to stack over 400 tonns of concrete blocks.
So that I will be able to pay the remaining money I owe for Mexico, one thing I have learned already is that it's not cheap to be an exchange-student.
Without pocket money it will cost me 63 000 kr, that's 10 240,07 USD, 5 554,09 GBD and ofcourse I have to take Mexican pesos 115 194,73 MXN.
Even tough I live in one of the worlds riches country I am not rich, or I do not look upon myself as rich.
Anyway nothing's free.

Well I can't be inside on such a beutiful day.

Hi

My head hurts, how can that be;)

How can something so beautiful like BEER, make your head hurt, it's just wrong!

Over to another subject, it's now only 78days until I leave for Mexico.
That's just 1872 hours, 112320 minutes and that's not long.

But, now my head is starting to hurt even more, and I think I'll go back to sleep for a couple of hours.

How can this go, me alone I country far, far away

Hasta luego
Hi

So like everyonee else I figured out that I needed to get myself a blogg, so that everyone else can read about my exiting daliy life, let's just say it's a reason I'm writing this blogg.
So here we go Runar's first and hopefully not last post.

At this moment, as I'm doing my homework I suddenly got the urge to create a blogg so here I am.
There are also other reason.
One of the main reason is so that when in a little more than 2 months I go to Mexico for a year as an exchange-student.
I can write about my life there, so that the people back home can read about what I do.

That's it now I have to get back to my homework, turning it inn tomorrow.
